Designed for high-end commercial lithography, our sheetfed offset inks are available for both conventional and UV technologies. Our low migration options were created to provide excellent adhesion, superior print quality and meet all global food packaging requirements.
ENERGY CURABLE INKS
INXCure™ UVXcel OSF process inks
INXCure UVXcel OSF process inks are UV curable inks that are suitable for high-end sheetfed applications. They have been formulated for exceptional performance at high printing speeds and comply with ISO 2846-1 for shade and are suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.
INXCure™ LW (Long Wave) OSF inks
Formulated to cure using LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs and the new iron-doped additive lamps being offered by the top press manufacturers. They are 100 percent reactive and have excellent cure response to print at maximum press speeds. The inks cure with as little as one LED UV or low energy lamp, consuming less electricity, while virtually eliminating the heat and odor associated with traditional UV curing. They are suitable for a variety of coated and uncoated paper stocks, coated board stocks, foil stocks, and metallized paper.
Fusion™ UV Hybrid
Unsurpassed in the marketplace, INX Fusion UV Hybrid cure response is equal to 100 percent reactive inks, and exceptional adhesion to synthetic substrates, expanded water window and enhanced transfer over other systems. They run well with, or without, inline UV or aqueous coatings. Fusion may be run on conventional presses using approved roller company rollers. Unlike other inks, Fusion's special vehicle formulation eliminates the need for roller conditioning and special press configurations. Fusion inks qualify for the soy ink seal.
OIL-BASED INKS
EcoPure® HPJ Sheetfed Offset Soy Inks
EcoPure HPJ SOY inks are premium quality, environmentally friendly quickset inks formulated with high percentages of soy and other vegetable oils. This system contains a drier package that is cobalt-free and qualifies for the ASA Soy Seal.
XPro™ Sheetfed Offset Inks
XPro is an economical 4/c process system designed for today’s new high speed press applications where set speed and good misting performance are a must for the commercial printing market. It will produce good results on all sheetfed presses on a wide variety of substrates. XPro complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.
XPro™ Open Sheetfed Offset Inks
XPro Open is an economical 4/c process system designed for today’s new high speed press applications where set speed and good misting performance are a must for the commercial printing market. It will produce good results on all sheetfed presses on a wide variety of substrates. Ink waste due to skinning in the fountain is reduced as they are formulated to stay skin free for three days. XPro Open complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.
E-Tech S
E-Tech S is a premium quality, low VOC, low odor quickset inks for the sheetfed market. S is a stay-open version that will not skin in the fountain for 24 hours. They are formulated with environmentally friendly raw materials that average 70 percent bio-renewable content and qualify for the ASA Soy Seal. Ink waste due to skinning in the can and fountain is eliminated as they are formulated to stay open. This product is Nestle Compliant, Swiss compliant (Swiss Ordinance 817.023.21), and does not contain reportable levels of Proposition 65 substances. E-Tech S complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.
E-Tech S2
A premium quality, low VOC, non-stay open quickset inks for the sheetfed market. S2 inks are formulated with drier to work on a wide range of substrates. They are formulated with environmentally friendly raw materials that average 70 percent bio-renewable content and qualify for the ASA Soy Seal. This product is Nestle Compliant, Swiss compliant (Swiss Ordinance 817.023.21), and does not contain reportable levels of Proposition 65 substances. E-Tech S complies with ISO 2846-1 for shade and is suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.

INXKote® Water and ProCure™ Energy Curable Coatings
INX inks and coatings are designed to work hand-in-glove with each other right from the start by product development specialists who know printer and package converter operations firsthand. The result is better performance on-press with inks and in- or off-line with coatings.
Our INXKote and ProCure product line includes aqueous, UV, EB and specialty coatings as well as overprint varnishes are all manufactured in our state-of-art Homewood, Illinois and Edwardsville, Kansas facilities.
