Regulatory Compliance
As a leader in regulatory and compliance issues, INX understands that manufacturing comes with complex government safety regulations and what we do and how we do it can impact the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment. We work closely with customers to help them navigate the complex landscape of regulations. We ensure that our products and services comply with stringent regulatory standards while being mindful of the environment.
Regulatory Compliance
INX takes a proactive approach to regulatory compliance
Backed by a significant investment in research and development, INX places a priority on our procurement process and the selection of raw materials used to formulate our products. Our Global Regulatory Compliance Department is strategically based at our R&D center to ensure maximum collaboration in real time. All products are reviewed for compliance not only to global government regulations, but also to brand owner requirements, as well as the safety and well-being of both INX employees and user employees.
By actively participating in industry trade groups, such as the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers, the EU Printing Ink Association (EUPIA), and the Food Safety Alliance for Packaging (FSAP), and by working directly with brand owners on behalf of our customers, we stay abreast of current legislation and other regulatory intelligence. We also work directly with governmental organizations, such as the FDA, and strive to exceed regulatory requirements set forth by various GMP protocols.
Our regulatory experts research and interpret relevant laws, directives, and standards applicable to specific products. We can provide solutions for compliance-related challenges that can encompass a web of regulatory requirements, guidelines, and standards.
