Digital Hardware Return Merchandise Request

  1. Complete the form below. If you have additional items, please submit an RMA request form for each item.
  • The completed form is routed to our RMA department.
  • RMA# will be generated and a form will be either emailed or faxed to you.
  1. Print or copy the RMA form you receive (via email or fax) and include it in the packaged item.
  2. Write the RMA# on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, or other trackable service.
