SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Privacy Statement applies to information collected through our websites (www.INXinternational.com, INXJetdigital.com, triangleinx.com, and https://www.ruco-druckfarben.de), INX mobile apps and electronic communications, our interactions with you at trade shows, and other INX online products and services that display or link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, our "online services"). This Privacy Statement also applies to information shared with us by our approved partners and information we gather or collect from other third-party sources, such as ZoomInfo, which may provide business contact information, prospecting lists, and website visitor analytics for marketing and outreach purposes. Business contact lists may include information about individuals who have not interacted directly with our website or services.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect or use information that is linked or is reasonably linkable to an identified or an identifiable natural person (“personal data”). The below chart describes the personal data we collect, our purposes for collecting and using it, our sources of personal data, our legal bases for processing your personal data, and whether it is sold or shared.
Please note, we do not “sell” your personal data; however, we may share certain information with our service providers, advertising and marketing companies, our business parties, and other third-party vendors as directed by you. We collect and combine information about you, how you engage with our online services, and the devices you use to view and interact with our online services for the legitimate purposes described below. This includes information you provide to us, information collected automatically when you view and interact with our online services, and information obtained from our approved partners and other third-party sources.

Legitimate Interests/Consent: To the extent we rely on our legitimate interests as a legal basis for processing of your personal data, we have considered the balance between our own interests (among other things, the lawful and efficient operation of our online services, and quality and enhancement of our products and relationships with you) and your interests and we believe that (a) you would reasonably expect us to carry out the kind of processing referenced above and (b) such processing will not cause you any harm and/or will not seriously impact your rights and freedoms with regard to data privacy.
Depending on where you reside, consent may be the only lawful basis for our processing of your personal data. Where our legal basis to process your personal data is based upon your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent for such processing at any time by contacting us using the information provided in the Contact Us section at the bottom of this Privacy Statement.
Information Collected Automatically
You can read more in our Statement on Cookies and Similar Technologies section below about the types of information we collect automatically, the technologies used to collect such information, how this information is used, and the choices you have regarding the collection and use of this information.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We also receive information from third-party sources, including commercially available sources such as data aggregators, public databases, and business contact data providers such as ZoomInfo. This information may include your name, business title, company name, business contact details, demographic information, interests, and publicly observed data, such as social media activity and shopping behavior.
Business contact information purchased from third-party data providers, including ZoomInfo, is initially stored within the secure ZoomInfo platform. INX may export and maintain this information in its own secure systems, including its customer relationship management (CRM) platform and email marketing platform (Eloqua), where necessary for business-to-business marketing purposes. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel and protected through administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Information Collected at Events and Trade Shows
We may collect personal data from individuals who attend trade shows, conferences, and other events where INX is present. This information may include your name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, and areas of business interest. We collect this information when you provide it voluntarily, such as by scanning your badge, providing a business card, or filling out an event form.
We use the information collected at events and trade shows to respond to inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and send marketing communications consistent with your preferences. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly at [email protected].
Combination of Information
We may combine information you provide to us, information collected automatically when you view or interact with our online services and ads, and information received from third parties – including personally-identifiable and non-identified data – and use this combined data for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, including those set forth in the Use of Information and Statement on Cookies and Similar Technologies sections below.
USE OF INFORMATION
We may use the information described in the Collection of Information section above to create, maintain and customize your account with us; identify business prospects, build lead lists, and conduct business-to-business (B2B) outreach using information obtained from ZoomInfo and similar third-party data providers; respond to your questions or comments; fulfill orders, process payments and prevent transactional fraud; provide you with customized content, targeted offers and advertising on our online services and third-party websites including to retarget website visitors and analyze website visitor activity using tracking services provided by ZoomInfo and similar partners; contact you with information, newsletters and promotional materials from us or on behalf of our partners and affiliates; develop new products and services, and improve our existing products and services; address problems and review the usage and operations of our online services and business; improve our online services, products and other offerings; protect the security and integrity of our online services and business; for the purposes described in the Statement on Cookies and Similar Technologies section below; and as otherwise described to you at the point of data collection.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share the information described in the Collection of Information section above as set forth in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise described at the time such information is collected from you. Where consent is required prior to our sharing of your personal data, you consent to the sharing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Statement by virtue of your sharing such personal data with us.
Information Shared by Us
Affiliates. We may share information with a parent, subsidiary or affiliate entity within the INX corporate family. Any organization to which we provide such information is required to keep it confidential and to only use such information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Service Providers. In the course of doing business, we employ other companies and individuals to perform a variety of functions on our behalf. For example, we may provide information as necessary to companies that host our online services or send communications on our behalf. These service providers may have access to information about you if it is needed to perform their functions for us, but they are not authorized by us to use or disclose such information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements, and they are required to maintain the information in confidence.
Promotions. We will share information with third parties as necessary to provide you with a product or service you requested through a partnership or promotional offering made by a third party or us.
Legally Required. We reserve the right to disclose information if required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority. We may also disclose information as part of an investigation or enforcement action relating to improper or illegal conduct in connection with our online services or other products, including, without limitation, any situations that may potentially involve threats to the safety or privacy of any person or misuse of our online services.
Sale or Bankruptcy. During the normal course of our business, INX may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, the information described in this Privacy Statement may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use such information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Statement.
Aggregated and Non-Identified Data. INX may maintain aggregate data or other non-identified information (i.e., data that does not identify a specific individual), such as usage statistics, device data, online traffic patterns and user feedback. In addition to using this information for the purposes discussed in this Privacy Statement, we may disclose such aggregated or non-identified data to third parties without restriction.
CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
We may transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction other than the one from which we collected it, including to countries that have not been deemed to have an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects. If we do transfer your personal data to another jurisdiction, we will do so following due diligence and provided that the data recipient is subject to contractual agreements imposing obligations on it to ensure appropriate technical and organization measures are implemented and maintained at all times to prevent the unauthorized and unlawful processing of personal data, and the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data, consistent with our obligations under applicable data protection laws.

Verifying Your Request
Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal data. In the case of access and deletion, your request must be verifiable before we can fulfill such request. Verifying your request will require you to provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal data, or a person authorized to act on your behalf. We will only use the personal data you have provided in a verifiable request in order to verify your request. Please note that, in certain jurisdictions, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request if such request is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.
Authorized Agents
If you are submitting a privacy rights request on behalf of another individual, we may require more information from you, or your authorized agent to verify that you are the person directing the agent. We may ask you to provide a signed authorization for your agent to make the request or to verify your identity or confirm your request directly with us.
Information for California Residents
This section of the Privacy Statement applies to those visitors or users of our online services and others who are residents of California, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect or use information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household (“personal information”).

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration or as that term is traditionally defined. However, certain of our marketing or advertising activities or analytics tools used could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA. Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: The CCPA requires that we provide you with a right to limit our use or disclosure of such sensitive personal information in certain circumstances. Currently, we are not collecting information that would be considered sensitive personal information under the CCPA.
Retention of Personal Information: Please see RETENTION OF INFORMATION below for details regarding our retention of your personal information.
Your CCPA Privacy Rights: This section expands upon the key information about how we collect and use personal information that we provided in our California Privacy Notice at Collection. Under the CCPA, you have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including:
- Right to Notice. You have the right to be notified which categories of personal information are being collected and the purposes for which the personal information is being used, as outlined in our California Notice at Collection and this Privacy Statement.
- Right to Request Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. We may ask that you provide certain information to identify yourself so that we may compare it with our records in order to verify your request. You may request the following:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we have collected about you.
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting and/or selling your personal information.
- The categories of third parties to whom we have sold or shared your personal information, if any, and the categories of personal information that we have shared with each third-party recipient.
- Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information and/or the sharing of your personal information with third parties for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, including email marketing, or profiling by submitting a request to us. You can also exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the footer of the page or through an opt-out preference signal. If you choose to exercise this right through an opt-out preference signal and we detect such a signal, it will be honored. If you submit a request to opt-out, including through an opt-out preference signal, after you have consented to our sale or sharing of personal information, we will opt you out of any further selling or sharing of personal information. Please note, we do not sell personal information, including the personal information of any individuals under the age of 16.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to request that we limit our use of any sensitive personal information, as defined under the CCPA, to those uses which are necessary to provide our services and/or products or for other business purposes as identified in the CCPA. Please note that we do not currently collect sensitive personal information.
- Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we collect and retain from and/or about you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) the relevant personal information from our records, unless an exception under the law applies.
- Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes for which we are processing such personal information. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct such inaccurate personal information.
- Right to No Discrimination. You will not receive any discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
- Shine the Light Law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): We only share personal information (as defined) with third parties for direct marketing purposes if you either specifically opt-in, or are offered the opportunity to opt-out and elect not to opt-out of such sharing at the time you provide personal information. If you do not opt-in or if you opt-out at that time, we will not share your personal information with that identified third party for direct marketing purposes.
- “Do Not Track” Browser Settings (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575(b)): You are entitled to know how we respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings. Like many other websites, we do not currently alter our practices when we receive Do Not Track signals as there is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. However, you have the option to opt-out of interest-based advertising. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” you may wish to visit www.allaboutdnt.com/.
Information for Residents of Other U.S. States
Other U.S. states also have state privacy laws that provide residents with certain rights with respect to their personal data, including the:
Right to Know and Access. You may have the right to know and access the personal data we have collected about you. We will provide to you your personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit your personal data to another controller.
Right to Delete. You may have the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Correct. You may have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data we have collected about you.
- Rights to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising, Sale of Personal Data and/or Profiling. You may have the right to opt-out of our processing of your personal data for the purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer. You can exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or processing of your personal data for targeted advertising by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the footer of the page, or through an opt-out preference signal. If you choose to exercise this right through an opt-out preference signal and we detect such a signal, it will be honored. If you submit a request to opt-out, including through an opt-out preference signal, after you have consented to our sale or processing of personal data for targeted advertising, we will opt you out of any further selling, sale or processing of personal data for targeted advertising Please note we do not process personal data for purposes of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects and therefore these opt out rights do not apply.
Right to Appeal. You may have the right to appeal any of our responses with respect to your personal data privacy rights requests. You may do so by contacting us at [email protected] with details regarding your initial privacy rights request and your appeal.
Right to No Discrimination. You will not receive any discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights as outlined in this Privacy Statement.
Information for Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland and United Kingdom (“UK”)
Residents of the EEA, Switzerland and the UK have the following rights with respect to their personal data:
Right to Access. You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information: (i) purposes of the processing; (ii) categories of personal data concerned; (iii) recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data has or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; (iv) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (v) your right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing; (vi) your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; (vii) source of the personal data; and (viii) any automated processing of your personal data.
- Right to Erasure/Right to be Forgotten. You have the right to request we erase your personal data without undue delay.
Right to Rectification. You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing.
Right to Restrict Processing. You have the right to restrict processing of your personal data where one of the following applies: (i) you are contesting the accuracy of your personal data; (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data in favor of restriction of processing; (iii) we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but are required to keep the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; (iv) you have objected to processing personal data pending the verification of legitimate interests.
Right to Object to Further Processing. You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning yourself which is based on public interests or legitimate interests, including profiling based upon those legal bases.
Right to Data Portability. You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit that personal data to another controller without hindrance from us, where: (i) the processing is based on consent or on a contract and (ii) the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Note, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement of your data privacy rights.
Information for Residents of Canada
Subject to certain exemptions and limitations, Canadian residents may have the following rights with respect to their personal data:
Right of Access. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to receive a general account of our uses of that personal data. If you are a resident of Québec, subject to certain restrictions, you may also ask us in writing to provide you with computerized personal data that we collected from you in a structured, commonly used technological format. In certain limited circumstances, we may not be able to make all relevant personal data available to you, such as when that personal data also relates to another individual. In such circumstances, we will, upon request, provide you with the reasons for such refusal.
Right to Correction/Rectification. If the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it rectified. Where appropriate, such amended personal data will be provided to the parties to whom we are authorized to disclose your personal data.
Right to Withdraw Consent. In Canada, the only legal basis that we rely upon to process your personal data is your implied or express consent, except where permitted or required by law. You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing of such information carried out before you withdrew your consent or if your consent is not required to collect, use, or disclose your personal data.
Information for Residents of Mexico
This section of our Privacy Statement applies to those visitors or users of our online services and others who are residents of Mexico, as required under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (“LFPD”).
Sensitive Personal Data Processing: Please note that for the purposes of this Privacy Statement, we do not process any sensitive personal information, and you must refrain from providing this type of personal data. Under Mexican LDFP, sensitive personal data include racial or ethnic origin; health data; genetic information; religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs; political opinions, and sexual preferences.
Data Processing Purposes: Under Mexican data protections laws and regulations, all Business or Commercial Purposes for Collection and Use listed in the section COLLECTION OF INFORMATION shall be deemed as primary purposes, except for the following secondary purposes:
Advertisement and marketing purposes.
The primary purposes established listed in this Privacy Statement do not require your consent to be carried out, as they are covered by the exceptions set forth in Article 9 of the LFPD.
Also, you may, at any time, "opt-out" from receiving advertisement and/or marketing e-mails and similar communications from us by using the “unsubscribe” feature included in the e-mails we send or by exercising your Right to Object as explained in the next section.
ARCO Rights: Under the LFPD, you have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the Access, Rectification, Deletion and Objection rights (“ARCO rights”). These rights include:
Right to Access: The right to know what personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we process or share it.
Right to Rectification: The right to request, at any time, the correction of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to Delete: The right to stop the processing of your personal data, through its blocking and subsequent deletion.
Right to Object: The right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data.
To exercise ay of your ARCO rights, you may e-mail us at [email protected], with a request that must include: (i) your full name and address, or another means by which we can communicate the response to your request; (ii) a copy of a document proving your identity, and if applicable, a signed authorization for your agent to make the request on your behalf; (iii) a description of the ARCO right you wish to exercise, and the personal data related to your request; and (iv) if applicable, any other information or documents that may help us locate your personal data or support your request, particularly in cases where you are requesting rectification or objecting to processing.
We will respond to your request within twenty (20) business days from the date it is sent and received. If your request is valid, we will carry it out within fifteen (15) business days from the date on which we communicate our response. If the information and/or documentation provided in your request is incomplete, incorrect, and/or insufficient, or if the documents required to prove your identity or legal representation are missing, we will ask you to correct and address the deficiencies to proceed.
