INX combines successful Graph Expo show run with International Partners and Distributors event
Schaumburg, IL – October 1, 2015 – INX International Ink Co. representatives experienced an exciting Graph Expo week in Chicago. Four days of hectic booth activity at McCormick Place were followed by an International Partners and Distributors session held at the company’s Research & Development facility in West Chicago, Illinois on September 17-18.
Twenty-six partners and distributors from 15 countries participated in the action-packed global meeting. Jonathan Ellaby, Vice President of International Operations, kicked off the meeting by welcoming the guests with opening remarks. A presentation on flexible packaging and solvent inks followed, the first in a flurry of sessions over the two days.
Various INX officials provided updates on the company’s efforts involving 2- and 3-piece metal decorating, digital, color changing and water-based inks. A UV round table discussion ensued, and presentations on updated global regulatory issues and dispensing technologies were also delivered.
“We find that each time we host this event, we learn more about what issues are most important to our partners and their customers,” revealed Mr. Ellaby. “Many of them had a very good experience and saw customers at Graph Expo, had a great time enjoying the world class amenities you find in our hometown of Chicago, and spent a couple of informative days in West Chicago. It’s a well-timed opportunity to get together and have everyone on the same page.”
