New high-speed printer, integrated solutions to lead the way for INX Digital at InPrint USA

Schaumburg, IL. – March 2, 2017 – INX Digital (booth 1431) will feature several inkjet products and unique displays geared for industrial printing when the InPrint show visits the U.S. for the first time, April 25-27 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. An industrial strength digital apparel printer will be joined by other powerful solutions, including the upgraded CP100 UV digital cylindrical printer and the SLED, which is designed for testing and demonstration purposes. The Prodigy™ brand of inks will also be prominent in the home décor and packaging displays at the event.

INX Digital will exhibit one of the fastest Direct-to-Garment printers in the industry from AnaJet. The mPower i-series digital apparel printer prints a 12” x 10” graphic on black and dark garments in 40 seconds. Regarded as the most durable printer in its class, the mPower was built for high volume production. It’s the ideal printer for sign and large format vendors and custom T-shirt shops, as well as screen printers, promotional products distributors and others.

INX Digital has developed the CP100 and the SLED to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for Direct-to-Object printing in industrial markets. Both are driven by the JetINX™ Printhead Drive Electronics and Ink Recirculation systems, which offer a potent print engine allowing each machine to perform beyond customer expectations.

The CP100 UV digital cylindrical printer offers designers and brand owners the opportunity to create cost efficient short runs, proofs and prototypes via Direct-to-Object printing. A great choice for the drinkware, cosmetic and industrial printing industries, this machine utilizes the latest patent pending helical printing software to deliver superior quality single or multi-color images at exceptionally fast speeds. Make sure to stop by booth 1431 and pick up a free sample.

The SLED single pass machine is the optimal vehicle for testing and demonstration. A small, flexible and modular print system, it can examine inks and chemistries in different fluid delivery systems mounted to a device. It also can test printheads and various ink sets, in addition to evaluating how ink responds to different materials and substrates.

INX Digital’s Prodigy water-based, UV Curable and solvent inks can be viewed up close on the home décor and packaging displays in the booth. Designed for use on the most challenging industrial applications, Prodigy’s textile pigment inks will be visible on the various furniture, pillow covers, dresser panels and fabrics in the home décor display. Pigmented inks also are being used on corrugated and folding cartons stored on shelves in the packaging exhibit.
